MIXER SILO MIX 100 continuous mixing machine

High-volume continuous mixing unit for all types of powder products.
The upper and lower parts can be uncoupled for easy transport and storage of the machine. They are fitted with lifting points for transport by crane.

The upper part includesa hopper with a decompacting shaft and two vibrators for improved product descent.
The visual level and laser gauge make it easy to manage the loading of the tank. It also features an opening/closing hatch and quick-connect sockets for connection to the lower section.
Its rainproof cover allows it to be stored outdoors.

The lower part includes a mixer with a simplified control panel allowing the user to manage the mixing speed and water flow, as well as the integrated high-pressure washer.
The mixer is available in 50 or 90 L/min versions.
A spraying machine can be placed under the mixer. Thanks to the level sensor, the mixer stops when the tank of the spraying machine is full.

Slots at the base allow the unit to be moved using a pallet truck.
